Scope of use:It is applicable to longitudinal automatic welding of medium pole with large length, and it is applicable to high pole light pole, power pole, etc.

Middle rod closing straight seam pipe welding machine

This machine is usually suitable for welding polygonal and circular tapered rods of medium size, which can be one piece or two pieces. This welding machine is an automatic welding line. The trolley is equipped with a speed adjustable servo motor, which can pull the rod to move. The hydraulic cylinder forces the pressing wheel to tighten the middle rod and weld at the same time.

When one seam of the two-piece pole is welded, the roller device lifts the pole to rotate in place to complete the welding of the other weld.

The machine consists of the following parts:
