This welder is generally suitable for welding polygonal and circular tapered poles. The welder is an automatic welding line, the car is equipped with adjustable speed motor, can pull the lamp pole, from the small head to the big head movement. The hydraulic cylinder drives the pinch roller to tighten the lamp pole through the mechanical chain and sprocket, and welding is carried out at the same time.

The machine consists of the following parts:

Optional 1	With double-sided auxiliary cylinder, the advantages are as follows:	Especially suitable for small diameter thick plate street lamp poles, or high-strength steel plate street lamp poles This mechanism can give a lot of force to close the lamp pole, and weld it at the same time In addition, when the sheet of the street lamp pole is very thin, it can apply an outward reverse force to the press foot to avoid the press foot from pressing the surface of the lamp pole and leaving foot marks on the surface. The second particularly important advantage is that this system can be welded from start to finish, with almost no remaining unwelded length. This reduces the need for repair welding in the next process.
Optional 2	Trolley fast return mechanism	When the street lamp pole welding is completed, by pressing the button, the traction trolley can quickly return to the welding host, (Note: manual type machine, the towing trolley must be manually pushed back, very tired, but also time-consuming)
